In-app Pack Report

What players told us, and what they were doing when they told us.

Players can flag a problem from inside a pack. Those reports arrive by email and nowhere else. Below: who sent each one, what they said, and the games they played in that exact pack just before hitting report - which is usually what the complaint is actually about.

games / solved = server-truth completed games and wins across every identity that device has used (guest play plus any signed-in account). R4 is Tiko's own test device - kept visible so the report is not mistaken for a player, excluded from player metrics.

R1 / Disco Fever — likely curation, not metadata. She won three in a row and reported 3 minutes after Sugar (Maroon 5, 2015), having just played Adventure of a Lifetime (Coldplay, 2015). The pack also holds Dynamite (BTS), Flowers (Miley Cyrus) and Don't Start Now (Dua Lipa). A disco pack full of 2010s-2020s pop reads as "wrong info" to a player who came for disco. Content call, not a bug.
R1 / 2010's — working as designed, but it reads as data loss. They completed three games on 09-13 between 18:05 and 18:16, returned 09-14 at 05:34, opened the pack twice in the same minute and reported progress not saved. The games ARE recorded server-side. What they lost was SNEAK access: sneak-unlocked tracks expire after the day, by design (Tiko, 2026-09-26). So this is not a bug - it is the sneak model being invisible to the player, who read expiry as lost progress. Product decision: change the structure, or make the expiry legible before it happens. Not a dev fix.
R2 / R3 — low-confidence, judge with care. Both opened the pack and reported within the same minute without ever playing a game in it, and neither has solved a single game overall. Whatever they saw was on the pack listing (cover, title, track names), not in gameplay.

Reading it. "before report" = minutes between that game ending and the report being sent. Track names resolve from the served catalog snapshot. Reports arrive from the in-app Pack Report button to an alerts mailbox; none of the player reports here has been answered. Internal/QA traffic is labelled rather than hidden so a test report is never read as a player's.
